With a deep passion for solving problems, Denny has been in the human capital management space for 13 years.
He now leads the charge at Velocity Sales Consulting. “I’m doing my best when I have a solid understanding of an organization’s culture, its people and the things that keep leaders up at night.” Denny strives to help organizations unpack the cause of sales team challenges so they can maximize team performance and be more intentional about engaging their people and improving processes.
Denny has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Bowling Green State University, where he majored in communications with a focus in business. His first role in business development and sales management was at WFAL Radio, where he sold advertising. “I learned early on the importance of having a natural curiosity for my prospects’ challenges.” After cutting his teeth in sales, Denny enjoyed a successful 12-year career at ADP in several leadership and business development roles. There he worked with companies of all sizes to help them solve organizational and associate challenges.
In 2014 he became a licensed Benefits Consultant, and helped Indiana companies with their insurance and compliance goals. His ability to help his clients reach their goals, as well as provide impeccable service and follow up earned him many referrals and new clients. Recruiting 80 new clients a year on average, Denny became a Presidents Club achiever. He has a proven track record of increasing revenue year over year at two fortune 500 companies. He also worked with the Indiana tech start-up company Emplify as a Senior Account Executive. Here he consulted organizations to help them improve culture and engagement problems. He is considered an expert in the area of sales process and employee engagement. “Team performance is enhanced through continuous development and honing of skills. When not serving his clients, Denny enjoys boating, cooking and reading.
He’s a musician and has played the trumpet for 35 years.

Cassandra Faurote is a respected compensation expert and employee rewards consultant who designs effective and competitive compensation and total reward programs for corporate clients. Author of the book Compensation Sense 101: Common Sense Answers to Your Questions about Employee Compensation and Total Rewards, Faurote has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources and compensation. She is the founder, owner and CEO of Total Reward Solutions, which has provided consulting services to organizations in more than 30 industries.
Faurote earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management; and holds the designations of CCP, SPHR and SHRM-SCP. She has authored articles in World at Work publications, Inside Indiana Perspectives, Louisville Business Journal, HR Professionals Magazine, and Kentucky SHRM.
She serves as the Board Chair for the Greater Lawrence Chamber of Commerce. She is an alumnus of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses entrepreneurship training program, an elite invitation-only group of small business owners.
Cassandra is married and lives in McCordsville.
Her and her husband of 24 years enjoy eating out.
She has two adult children. Her son owns his own business and has given her two grandchildren – both boys and both under 3 years of age. Her daughter is a senior in college in Kentucky.
In her spare time, Cassandra loves to visit with the grandkids, volunteers with the Greater Lawrence Chamber and St. Simon Catholic Church.
Cassandra also enjoys networking, coffee, and wine.
